“Honoring the Legacy of Our Shared Heritage.

This Is Not Just Native History; It Is American History, uniting us all.”

The Code Talkers were Native "by birth" and American soldiers "by adoption" who used their native languages to develop a secret code, which was never deciphered by the enemy. This code played a crucial role in many battles during WWI and beyond. Their bravery and ingenuity saved countless lives and helped to turn the tide of the war.
