Code Talkers - 2nd Annual Red Clay Roots Music Festival Fundraiser

We extend a heartfelt invitation to support Red Clay Roots, an annual music festival fundraiser created to honor and preserve the legacy of the Telephone Warriors of WWI.

The Choctaw Code Talkers Association (CCTA) is a 100% volunteer-run organization, governed entirely by an all-volunteer board.

This year’s events will take place August 21–22, 2026, with Red Clay Echoes following on August 27th. These gatherings support storytelling, artists, production, and educational awareness centered on the Code Talkers’ legacy.

Event Details:

August 21–22, 2026

• $15.00/day (advance) — ticket link and venue to be announced

• $20.00/day at the door

August 27th

• Red Clay Echoes – Community Event (FREE)

Ticket proceeds serve as donations benefiting the CCTA.

During World War I, Choctaw Code Talkers—once sworn to secrecy—used their language to protect our freedoms and help change the course of history.

Red Clay Roots is an annual music festival fundraiser dedicated to honoring and preserving the legacy of the WWI Code Talkers.

Through music, storytelling, and community, this event ensures their voices and contributions are remembered and shared across generations.

To remain respectful and intentional, public sponsor recognition (online shoutouts/ads) is reserved for supporters contributing $1,000 or more. This allows us to honor major contributors while welcoming meaningful participation from everyone.

The Choctaw Code Talkers used their language to protect our freedoms and shape the course of history. Red Clay Roots exists to ensure their voices are not forgotten, using music and storytelling as a bridge between generations.
