Cancellation Policy
Reserving Scheduled Session Dates are confirmed when a signed agreement and deposit are received when the booking date and time have been agreed upon. An email and agreement will be sent to secure your booking. Payment of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled session. Checks should be made payable to AVI, LLC. Once the deposit is received, a full agreement, booking details, and final invoice will be sent directly to the contact provided, confirming that the booking has been secured for the day and finalized email after session is completed and final balance is paid. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 10 days of the event are subject to full payment.
