Requirements
Requirements:
Ability to work independently after completing 2-week training, with one day a week in the office for team huddles.
Strong team player, motivated to maintain a positive and professional worksite demeanor.
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work well with others and effectively connect with clients or warm leads to close deals.
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to designated areas around OKC for client meetings.
Successful completion of a background check prior to hire.

As a worksite consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading new business initiatives and representing AVI with a professional image. We value kindness and clear communication, ensuring that you can effortlessly engage with clients and build strong, lasting relationships.
The training for this role will take 1-2 weeks, depending on how quickly you grasp the requirements and familiarize yourself with the routes to visit. You will be responsible for providing end-of-day progress reports and submitting necessary paperwork to meet job requirements. To track your routes, we will utilize MileIQ to monitor mileage for client visits, whether new or existing.
This position is initially a 1099-NEC role with the potential for transition to full-time W2 employment, pending further determination. At AVI, we believe in empowering our team members to define their own success. While the journey can be challenging, it’s incredibly rewarding, especially when you stay on top of your bonus status and earn as you close deals.
